“The Dreamer and the Devil: A New Musical”

Hey Chicago! I know it seems like I call you out often, but that’s only because I think you’d appreciate such things. My bro’s gf is the mastermind behind this project. I’ve seen the first reading and it blew my mind. First reading! I can’t imagine how awesome it’s going to be as it progresses. The music is fun and the story is on point. If you’ve read “Devil in the White City”, you’ll know the premise. If you haven’t, you should. But in short, the story takes place around 2 people, a serial killer and an architect, around the time of the World’s Fair.

You may have seen that a movie, with the same book title, will be coming out at some point. This is your chance to support local Chicagoans in their element and help make something happen. Depending on how much you back, you could get a seat in the next reading and a bunch of other things, like a limited edition poster my brother is designing.
